I can't believe it's vegan!
Of course, one of the impulses behind transitioning to a vegan diet is to eat more healthily. I think that outcome will be a natural by-product of making choices to eat more intentionally (whether on a vegan diet or not.)
At this moment in time, however, a wee sweet after dinner is nice, perhaps even necessary for the wellbeing of my mental health. In my search for vegan alternatives to, say, Edy's Special Edition Peppermint Ice Cream, I found a website that provides an "I can't believe it's vegan" list. Add dark Peanut Chews to that list. All vegan. Having eliminated sugar from my morning Earl Grey tea, I will no doubt transition from Peanut Chews at some point too. But for now.... Yum.
as a Vegan teen, living on my own..I became a crapitarian for a hot minute. I lived off stuff like that- hahaah
ah, what youth can endure.

As another vegan teen named grace, I too have discovered the joys (?) of eating food that's so fake its vegan. Oreos are my favorite!
I don't live off it though; my dad is too good of a cook : )
btw, I'm very excited to see my favorite blogger going vegan. I've been vegan for three or four years and it's been great. and you have it easy living in Asheville with The Laughing Seed nearby. The Pooh Bear 'milk'shake is exquisite!
