Loving this cookbook

I'm already loving this vegan cookbook.

Long gone are the days of vegetarian cookbooks of thirty years ago with esoteric ingredient lists a mile long.

This is witty and sarcastic and conversational and irreverent just like a cookbook should be, but few are.

It's easy to follow with great tips and hints and If you're vegan or vegan-friendly, this is a marvelous choice for your bookshelf, I'm thinking.

Plus it feels good and has a great design and beautiful typography. And you know how I like that.
