Resources for Meeting Planners: Audio/Video and other Speaker Needs

Audio Visual Requirements

Equipment

In an effort to have your event run as smoothly as possible, please arrange to have the following items for Patti’s presentation:

 • A Lavaliere Microphone. UHF Broadcast Quality. Patti much prefers a wireless Countryman headset microphone. If one is not available, please provide a wireless lavaliere microphone and have backup lavaliere batteries on hand.

 • LCD Digital Projector and Screen along with laptop. Should be able to project an image of 1024 x 768 resolution. Patti will bring her presentation on a flash drive for upload to the host computer (and/or will also have her Macbook available.)

 • House Sound System with stereo mini-jack cable to provide audio directly from the laptop computer.

 • Small draped table with Water and a table lectern. (Patti does not use a podium lectern.)

 • Bar Stool for Patti to sit on (with a back, if at all possible)

In addition to the above, a sound and equipment check is requested prior to the event. Also, if meals are part of the conference presentation, please provide a simple, vegan salad for Patti.
